Beginner Classes

Classes are structured to allow children the opporutnity to develop the fundamental apparatus and body skills required, while also building on the flexibility and strength needed to execute correct rhythmic technique.

During our beginner classes, girls from 5+ years will work with all rhythmic gymnastics equipment (Rope, Ball, Hoop, Clubs & Ribbon) to develop their apparatus handling skills as well expanding their dance & movement based skills.  

Majority of our competitve gymnasts began their RG journey in a recreational class. 

Class Details: 

Age: 5- 6 years
Duration: 45 minutes 

Price: $150.00 per term 

Class Times: Tuesday 4.00pm - 4:45pm

Age: 7+ years

Duration: 1 hour 

Price: $150.00 per term 

Class Times: 

• Wednesday 4.00pm - 5.00pm
• Thursday 4.30pm - 5.30pm
