USA Tour 2023

Recently our Level 10 gymnasts (Sunny, Holly & Bobbi-rose)  along with our Head Coach Nicky went to the USA to compete at both the Washington Cup & San Diego Cup 2023. 

The girls were part of a team of 11 gymnasts from Future Gymnastics, Olympia Gymnastic Sports & Astra Gymnastics.

An absolutely incredible trip with so many experiences along the way. 

Two competitions, four cities, a workshop with Ben Circa in Las Vegas, a Cirque Du Soleil show, Disneyland, plenty of shopping, lots of new candy taste tested, new friendships made and to top it all off a dance class at Abby Lee Studios with Ms Abby herself! 

A fantastic start to our 2023 competition season. The girls had some great results at both competitions, learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed watching the American gymnasts perform.  

Overseas travel & competition is such an important part of any gymnast’s career, allowing them to grow and extend their gymnastics pathway. The girls have now been home for just over a week and the difference in their quality of training and motivation to strive for bigger & better is very evident. This experience has definitely set them up well for the competitive season ahead of us!  

Our vision for Future Gymnastics is that we will continue to provide these opportunities for our gymnasts and this USA Tour 2023 was the first successful trip of many more to come over the coming years!
